Here's How It Works:
If you have ordered from our online store 3 or more times in the last 12 months, you qualify for a discount of 35% on our Black Friday deals.
If you don’t qualify for tier 1 but have ordered at least twice in the last 90 days, you qualify for a discount of 30% on our Black Friday deals.
If you don't qualify for tier 1 or 2 but sign up for pre-access, you qualify for a discount of 25% on our Black Friday deals for the whole month of November.
Once you sign up, your coupon code will be sent to your inbox on 4 November and you will be able to purchase before our Black Friday sale goes live to the general public. After 4 November, you can still make purchases and move up a tier. Once you do, we’ll send your updated coupon code via email.
How Does This Work for Subscribers?
Subscribers have two options:
Pause Your Subscription
and shop your favourites using your Black Friday discount, then reactivate it next month.
Keep Your Subscription Running
and use your coupon to try new products or stock up on extras.

You can check your current tier status by logging into your account and viewing your order history. Your tier is based on your total purchases over the past 12 months. Your tier and coupon code will also be emailed to you from 4 November 2025.
Yes! Any purchases made before the end of Black Friday (1 December 2025) will count toward your tier status. Check your email for your tier and coupon code from 4 November 2025.
Discount codes will be sent via email from 4 November 2025. Make sure your email preferences are up to date to receive your exclusive code.
Your discount code will be active from the start of Black Friday Early Access on 4 November 2025 and valid until 1 December 2025.
You'll still be able to shop our 25% off Black Friday sale from 24 November, but early access members get first pick of limited stock items and exclusive tier-based discounts of up to 35% for the whole month.
The sale applies on products sitewide, but some exclusions may apply on sale products.
Black Friday Early Access runs from 4 November for the whole month. The general public who have not signed up for early access will get 25% off from 24th November - 1 December 2025.
