Frequently asked questions

How do I know which tier I'm in?
You can check your current tier status by logging into your account and viewing your order history. Your tier is based on your total purchases over the past 12 months. Your tier and coupon code will also be emailed and sent via WhatsApp to you from 2 November 2026.
Can I still move up a tier before Black Friday?
Yes! Any purchases made before the end of Black Friday (1 December 2026) will count toward your tier status. Check your email or WhatsApp for your tier and coupon code from 2 November 2026.
When will I receive my discount code?
Discount codes will be sent via email and WhatsApp from 2 November 2026. Make sure your email preferences are up to date to receive your exclusive code.
When can I start using my coupon?
Your discount code will be active from the start of Black Friday Early Access on 2 November 2026 and valid until 1 December 2026.
What happens if I don't sign up for early access?
You'll still be able to shop our 25% off Black Friday sale from 24 November, but early access members get first pick of limited stock items and exclusive tier-based discounts of up to 35% for the whole month.
Are all products included in the discount?
The sale applies on products sitewide, but some exclusions may apply on sale products.
When does the offer end?
Black Friday Early Access runs from 2 November for the whole month. The general public who have not signed up for early access will get 25% off from 24 November – 1 December 2026.
