Terranova Vitamin K2 Complex delivers a clinically validated dose of Vitamin K2 (as MenaQ7® MK-7), a highly bioavailable form derived through natural fermentation using chickpea protein and Bacillus licheniformis. Vitamin K2 plays a critical role in activating osteocalcin – a key protein involved in bone mineralisation – and helps prevent calcium from depositing in soft tissues such as arteries and cartilage, supporting both bone density and vascular health.

This vegan-friendly formula is stabilised with sunflower oil and candelilla wax, making it entirely plant-based. The inclusion of a potent Magnifood complex – featuring kale, parsley, spinach, and coriander – adds a natural spectrum of Vitamin K1 and phytonutrients like apigenin and kaempferol to enhance the activity of Vitamin K2. Medium chain triglycerides (MCTs) are also included to optimise absorption of this fat-soluble nutrient, ensuring efficient delivery and utilisation by the body.
